What Is the SAP T683 Table?
SAP T683 Table stores Pricing Procedure configuration details in SAP. It contains the main pricing procedure settings used in the Sales and Distribution (SD) module.
In SAP SD, a pricing procedure defines how different pricing conditions are processed during sales transactions. Common pricing conditions includes Base price, discounts, surcharge, freight charges and taxes.
The T683 table contains the important information such as condition usage, application type, pricing procedure key and exclusion procedure.
In SAP, each pricing procedure is identified by a pricing procedure key (KALSM). The individual condition usage, calculation steps, requirements, and subtotals assigned to the pricing procedures are maintained in the related table T683S. When a Sales Order is created, SAP determines the applicable pricing procedure based on the configured pricing procedure determination settings. The system processes relevant condition types and calculate prices, discounts, and taxes according to the configured rules.
